• Apple Calendar Events: Read-only access to display your existing calendar events (requires your explicit permission)
• Apple Reminders: Read and write access to view, create, and manage reminders (requires your explicit permission)
Subscription Information
Purchase history is managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.

How Your Data is Stored
On-Device Storage
All your personal content (drawings, notes, text boxes, goals) is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
iCloud Sync (Optional)
If enabled, your data can be synced across all your devices signed into the same iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit service. This sync is handled entirely by Apple’s secure infrastructure. We do not have access to your iCloud data, and no data is transmitted to our servers.
Backups
The App provides a manual backup feature that exports your data as a JSON file stored locally on your device. You control where this file is saved and shared.

• Sync reminders between the App and Apple Reminders
• Provide handwriting recognition using Apple’s on-device Vision framework (no data leaves your device)

Apple Services

We do not integrate with any other third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

iPlan Today – Pencil Planner offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly plans). All subscription transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.

Calendar and Reminders Access
You can grant or revoke access at any time through: Settings > Privacy & Security > Calendars or Reminders
Data Deletion
• Delete individual notes, drawings, or goals directly within the App
• Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data
